Available Generating Capacity means the capacity of the Generating Facility, expressed in whole MWs, that is mechanically available to generate Energy.

  • If the Available Generating Capacity, Storage Capacity, or hourly expected Energy changes by at least one (1) MW as of a time that is less than one (1) hour prior to the Real-Time Market deadline, but before such deadline, then Seller must notify Buyer as soon as reasonably possible.
