Available Capacity definition

Available Capacity means Capacity that is not Committed Capacity (but does include Committed Capacity in instances where it will cease being Committed Capacity prior to the time in respect of which Capacity is being assessed);
Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]
Available Capacity means the expected amount of Energy to be produced from the Project, expressed in megawatts. [For Baseload Product facilities and small hydro facilities]

  • During the Delivery Period, no later than two (2) Business Days before each schedule day for the Day-Ahead Market in accordance with WECC scheduling practices, Seller shall provide Buyer with an hourly schedule of the Available Capacity (for both Energy and Ancillary Services) that each Generating Unit is expected to have for each hour of such schedule day (the “Availability Notice”).
