Available Liquidity Amount definition

Available Liquidity Amount means on any Determination Date an amount equal to:
Available Liquidity Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the Dollar Equivalent of (i) the Forecasted Distributions, plus (ii) the aggregate value (as reasonably determined by the Agent) of the Liquid Assets owned directly by the Borrower, plus (iii) the aggregate Committed Loan Limits of all the Lenders minus the Principal Outstanding Amount.
Available Liquidity Amount means as set forth in Section 6.21.

Examples of Available Liquidity Amount in a sentence

  • Thereafter, for a period of one (1) year after the Closing Date, Seller shall ensure that the Available Liquidity Amount equals or exceeds the Required Liquidity Amount (as defined herein).

Available Liquidity Amount has the meaning given to it in the Liquidity Facility Agreement.
Available Liquidity Amount means, with respect to any CP Conduit Purchaser, as of any date of determination while a CP Disruption Event with respect to such CP Conduit Purchaser is continuing, the amount available to such CP Conduit Purchaser as of such date under the Asset Purchase Agreement with respect to such CP Conduit Purchaser.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Collateral Available Funds means with respect to any Distribution Date, the Collateral Floating Percentage of Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

  • Free Liquidity means, at any date of determination, the aggregate of the Cash Balance and any Commitments under this Agreement or any other amounts available for drawing under other revolving or other credit facilities of the NCLC Group, which remain undrawn, could be drawn for general working capital purposes or other general corporate purposes and would not, if drawn, be repayable within six months.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.
