Liquidity Limit definition

Liquidity Limit means the maximum amount allowed to be drawn by the Issuer on a Payment Date pursuant to the terms of the Liquidity Facility Agreement.
Liquidity Limit means, at any time, the lesser of:
Liquidity Limit means an amount equal to, the lesser of (a) the undrawn amount of the Liquidity Facility; (b) the sum of (i) the Accrued Euro Collateral Interest Amount (ii) the Accrued Sterling Collateral Interest Amount and (iii) the Accrued US Dollar Collateral Interest Amount both (ii) and(iii) as converted into Euro at the Initial Exchange Rate for the purposes of calculating the amount referred to in this paragraph (b); and (c) such lesser amount as determined by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer or as otherwise permitted under the Liquidity Facility Agreement.

  • Clause 16.1 will only apply in relation to any unpaid Liquidity Draw if, at the time the Liquidity Draw was required to be paid, the aggregate of all Liquidity Draws was equal to or greater than the Liquidity Limit.

  • At the close of business (Sydney time) on the last day of the Term the Liquidity Limit will be cancelled.

Liquidity Limit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Liquidity Facility Commitment, (b) the sum of all accrued unpaid interest on the Collateral Debt Obligations (converted where applicable into euro at the applicable Asset Swap Transaction Exchange Rate) which is not payable to the Issuer on or prior to the Determination Date preceding the next Payment Date; and (c) such lesser amount as determined by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, provided, however, that such amount shall not be less than €50,000.
