Available receipts means all moneys received by the institution of higher education, including income, revenues, and receipts from the operation, ownership, or control of facilities or entrepreneurial projects, grants, gifts, donations, and pledges and receipts therefrom, receipts from fees and charges, and the proceeds of the sale of obligations or assurances, including proceeds of obligations or assurances issued to refund obligations or assurances previously issued, but excluding any special fee, and receipts therefrom, charged pursuant to division (D) of section 154.21 of the Revised Code.
Available receipts means fees, charges, revenues, grants, subsidies, income from the investment of moneys, proceeds from the sale of goods or services, and all other revenues or receipts received by or on behalf of any state agency for which capital facilities are financed with obligations issued under Chapter 152. of the Revised Code, any state agency participating in capital facilities pursuant to section 152.33 of the Revised Code, or any state agency by which the capital facilities are constructed or financed; revenues or receipts derived by the authority from the operation, leasing, or other disposition of capital facilities, and the proceeds of obligations issued under Chapter 152. of the Revised Code; and also any moneys appropriated by a governmental entity, gifts, grants, donations, and pledges, and receipts therefrom, available for the payment of bond service charges on such obligations.
