Average Monthly Time definition

Average Monthly Time means the total number of hours worked by a Displaced Employee during the last twelve (12) months in which they were employed immediately preceding the date of their displacement, divided by twelve (12).

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Average weekly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges'' over a calendar week, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges'' measured during a calendar week divided by the number of "daily discharges'' measured during that week. Each of the following 7-day periods is defined as a calendar week: Week 1 is Days 1 - 7 of the month; Week 2 is Days 8 - 14; Week 3 is Days 15 - 21; and Week 4 is Days 22 - 28.   • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month.   • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.

  • Measurement Date means the most recent Payment Date specified in the first column of the Cumulative Net Loss Rate Table.

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Reference Month means the calendar month for which the level of the Inflation Index is reported as specified in the applicable Final Terms, regardless of when this information is published or announced, except that if the period for which the Relevant Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Relevant Level is reported.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
