The financial Secretary of the Local Union will notify the Com- pany of any change in the amount of union dues and/or initiation fee to be deducted in line with constitutional requirements of the National Office. The company agrees to send to the union, within one (1) month of their hiring, the names and classifications of all new employ- ees.
