B Action definition

B Action. : "B Action" means the submission is in general conformance with the design concept subject to notations by the A/E on the returned Shop Drawings. Construction, fabrication and/or manufacture can proceed subject to the provision that the Work shall be carried out in compliance with all annotations and/or corrections indicated on the returned Shop Drawings and Product Data and in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Documents. Final acceptance of the Work shall be contingent upon such compliance.
B Action. The fabrication, manufacture and/or construction may proceed providing the work is in compliance with the A-E's notations and the Contract Documents.
B Action. The fabrication, manufacture and/or construction may proceed providing the work is in compliance with the architect's notations and the contract documents.

  • Enforcement Action means any action to enforce any Obligations or Loan Documents or to exercise any rights or remedies relating to any Collateral (whether by judicial action, self-help, notification of Account Debtors, exercise of setoff or recoupment, exercise of any right to vote or act in a Loan Party’s Insolvency Proceeding, or otherwise), in each case solely to the extent permitted by the Loan Documents.

  • Actions means all actions, litigation, complaints, claims, charges, accusations, investigations, petitions, suits, arbitrations, mediations or other proceedings, whether civil or criminal, at law or in equity, or before any arbitrator or Governmental Entity.

  • Protective proceeding means a judicial proceeding in which a protective order is sought or has been issued.

  • Adjudicative proceeding means the procedure to be followed in contested cases, as set forth in RSA 541-A:31 through RSA 541-A:36.

  • Formal proceedings means proceedings conducted before a judge with notice to interested persons.

  • Bankruptcy Action shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.5(a).
