Bacton Measurement Facilities definition

Bacton Measurement Facilities means and includes the facilities owned and operated by IUK for measuring the delivery of Natural Gas at the Bacton Entry Point or the redelivery of Natural Gas at Bacton Exit Point.

Bacton Measurement Facilities means and include the facilities owned and operated by Interconnector and forming part of the Bacton Facilities for measuring the offtake of Natural Gas at Bacton from the NTS or the redelivery of Natural Gas at Bacton to the NTS.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, oxygen or carbon dioxide concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value on a continuous basis.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.
