Any action taken by BAE SYSTEMS under this Article shall not relieve the SELLER of any liability for default under this Contract.
The rights and remedies herein reserved to BAE SYSTEMS shall not be exclusive and shall be cumulative and additional to any other or further rights and remedies provided in law or in equity.
If Tenant is a corporation or partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of Tenant, that Tenant is a duly authorized and existing entity, that Tenant has and is qualified to do business in Massachusetts, that Tenant has full right and authority to enter into this Lease, and that this Lease is binding upon such corporation or partnership in accordance with its terms.

Tooling shall be used only for production for BAE SYSTEMS and shall be kept in good condition, including necessary replacement, without expense to BAE SYSTEMS, except that the cost of changes due to BAE SYSTEMS’ change of design shall be paid for by BAE SYSTEMS.
