Examples of CCT in a sentence
Notwithstanding any requests for confirmation of receipt of notices issued, the tenderer shall be deemed to have received such notices if the CCT can show proof of transmission thereof via electronic mail, facsimile or registered post.
Tenderers are required to be registered on the CCT Supplier Database as a service provider.
Verbal or any other form of communication, from the CCT, its employees, agents or advisors during site visits/clarification meetings or at any other time prior to the award of the Contract, will not be regarded as binding on the CCT, unless communicated by the CCT in writing to suppliers by its Director: Supply Chain Management or his nominee.
Use and copy the documents issued by the CCT only for the purpose of preparing and submitting a tender offer in response to the invitation.
It is each tenderer’s responsibility to keep all the information on the CCT Supplier Database updated.
