Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
Qualified incubator facility means a commercial building
Eligible Loans has the meaning specified in any of the Purchase Agreements or the Sale Agreement, as applicable.
Commercial loan means a loan that is not made primarily for
Concerned Loans Watch List" or words of similar import, together with the principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on each such Loan and the identity of the borrower thereunder, (ii) by category of Loan (i.e., commercial, consumer, etc.), all of the other Loans of the Company that as of September 30, 2004 were classified as such, together with the aggregate principal amount of and accrued and unpaid interest on such Loans by category and (iii) each asset of the Company that as of September 30, 2004, was classified as "Other Real Estate Owned" and the book value thereof.
Total Loans at any time, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans of the Lenders outstanding at such time (after converting the outstanding principal amount of any Loans denominated in the Optional Currency into the Dollar Equivalent thereof at such time).
Offered Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(iii).
Investor-Owned Residential Loans means Loans, excluding advances made pursuant to Home Equity Loans, that are secured by mortgages on one- to four family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations that are not owner-occupied. These loans can be treated as Restructured Loans on a commercially reasonable basis and can be a restructured under terms separate from the Exhibit 5 standards. Please refer to Exhibit 2b for guidance in Calculation of Loss for Restructured Loans.
Ambulatory surgical facility means a facility that: Is licensed by the state where it is located. Is equipped and operated mainly to provide for surgeries or obstetrical deliveries. Allows patients to leave the facility the same day the surgery or delivery occurs.
All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Related Loan Group For Group 1, Loan Group 1; for Group 2, Loan Group 2; for Group 3, Loan Group 3; and for Group 4, Loan Group 4.
Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.
Permitted Loans means:
Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.
Renewable Portfolio Standard or “RPS” means a state or federal law, rule or regulation that requires a stated amount or minimum proportion or quantity of electricity that is sold or used by specified persons to be generated from Renewable Energy Sources.
Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.
Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
Subsequent Mortgage Loans means, for purposes of this Agreement, the Subsequent Mortgage Loans listed in the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I.
CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.
Non-Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Covered Loan A Mortgage Loan categorized as Covered pursuant to Appendix E of Standard & Poor's Glossary.
Failed Bank Advances means the total sums paid by the Failed Bank to (i) protect its lien position, (ii) pay ad valorem taxes and hazard insurance, and (iii) pay credit life insurance, accident and health insurance, and vendor's single interest insurance.
