Ballast Water Reporting Form or "reporting form" means either a USCG or an IMO ballast water report- ing form pursuant to USCG regulations under Title 33 C.F.R., Part 151.2045.

  • Upon departure from each port or place in California, vessels are required to submit a Ballast Water Reporting Form which details their ballast management practices.

  • When this vessel uses its ballast water treatment system accepted under the USCG Alternative Management Systems (AMS) in California waters, a “Ballast Water Treatment Supplemental Reporting Form” will be submitted in addition to the “standard” US Ballast Water Reporting Form.

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
