Ballast Water Reporting Form or "reporting form" means either a USCG or an IMO ballast water report- ing form pursuant to USCG regulations under Title 33 C.F.R., Part 151.2045.

  • Upon departure from each port or place in California, vessels are required to submit a Ballast Water Reporting Form which details their ballast management practices.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 7, 2019 and effective December 31, 2018.

  • Public water supply means all mains, pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed to the public, including wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, reservoirs, storage tanks and appurtenances, collectively or severally, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or general domestic use and which serve at least 15 service connections or which regularly serve at least 25 persons at least 60 days per year.   • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
