Bancshares Common Stock definition

Bancshares Common Stock means the common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Bancshares.
Bancshares Common Stock means, collectively, the BancShares Class A Common Stock and the BancShares Class B Common Stock.
Bancshares Common Stock shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.5 hereof.

  • Northwest Bancshares agrees to list on the Nasdaq (or such other national securities exchange on which the shares of the Northwest Bancshares Common Stock shall be listed as of the Closing Date), subject to official notice of issuance, the shares of Northwest Bancshares Common Stock to be issued in the Merger.

  • Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

  • Common Stock Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(b).

  • Bancorp means Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation.

  • SpinCo Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SpinCo.

  • Parent Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, no par value per share, of Parent.

  • Voting Common Stock means the voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
