Bank Blocked Accounts definition

Bank Blocked Accounts means the MMP Bank Blocked Account, the Midstream Bank Blocked Account and the Logistics Bank Blocked Account.

Bank Blocked Accounts means the Spark Bank Blocked Account, the SEG Bank Blocked Account, the Xxxxx Fargo Bank Blocked Account, CenStar Bank Blocked Accounts, Censtar Opco Bank Blocked Account, Oasis Bank Blocked Accounts, Maine Bank Blocked Account, NH Bank Blocked Account, and Mass Bank Blocked Account and, with respect to each other Co-Borrower, an account with a depositary institution acceptable to the Agent into which collections from such Co-Borrower’s accounts will be deposited pursuant to Section 7.08.

Bank Blocked Accounts means (a) account no. 103657535433 in the name of Borrower maintained with U.S. Bank into which collections from the Borrower’s Accounts will be deposited pursuant to Section 7.14 below and which is subject to a Blocked Account Agreement, (b) account no. 9030-422249 in the name of the Borrower maintained with Toronto Dominion Bank into which collections in Canadian Dollars from the Borrower’s Accounts will be deposited pursuant to Section 7.14 below and which is subject to a Blocked Account Agreement, (c) account no. 31441031373 in the name of U.S. Bank maintained with Bank of Montreal on behalf of Borrower into which collections of Canadian Dollars from Borrower’s Accounts will be deposited pursuant to Section 7.14 below and which is subject to a Blocked Account Agreement, and (d) any other account approved by Agent which is also subject to a Blocked Account Agreement.”

• Each of the Co-Borrowers agrees that it will not permit the Bank Blocked Accounts to become subject to any other pledge, assignment, Lien, charge or encumbrance of any kind, nature or description, other than the Banks’ security interest or any Lien the bank where such Bank Blocked Accounts are held may have.
