Bank Business definition

Bank Business means any and all services, functions and activities conducted or performed by Bank, and all assets, rights and liabilities related thereto as currently conducted.
Bank Business means any and all services, functions and activities conducted or performed by Target, and all assets, rights and liabilities related thereto, other than Trust Business.
