Bank Event of Default definition

Bank Event of Default means the occurrence of any one of the events listed in Section 13.1 with respect to Bank, or listed in Section 13.2.
Bank Event of Default has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2 (Bank Event of Default).
Bank Event of Default has the meaning ascribed to the term "Event of Default" in the Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
