Bank Information Memorandum definition

Bank Information Memorandum means the Information Memorandum, dated March, 2010, distributed to the Lenders prior to the Effective Date.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
