Bank Products Bank definition

Bank Products Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Bank Products Agreement, is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Bank Products Agreement.
Bank Products Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Bank Products Document (or if any such Bank Products Document is in effect on the Restatement Effective Date, on such date), is the Administrative Agent or a Lender or an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent or a Lender, in each case, in its capacity as a party to such Bank Products Document.
Bank Products Bank means each “Bank Products Provider”, as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Party Obligations means, without duplication, (a) all of the obligations of the Credit Parties to the Lenders (including the Issuing Lender) and the Administrative Agent, whenever arising, under this Credit Agreement, the Notes, or any of the other Credit Documents to which any Credit Party is a party and (b) all liabilities and obligations owing from such Credit Party to any Lender, or any Affiliate of a Lender, arising under Hedging Agreements.

  • Banking Services Obligations means any and all obligations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor) in connection with Banking Services.

  • Bank Product Reserves means all reserves which the Agent from time to time establishes in its reasonable discretion for the Bank Products then provided or outstanding.

  • U.S. Loan Parties means, collectively, the Parent Borrower and the U.S. Subsidiary Guarantors.
