Bank Regulatory Authority definition

Bank Regulatory Authority means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and all other relevant bank regulatory authorities (including, without limitation, relevant state bank regulatory authorities).
