Bankruptcy Recoveries definition

Bankruptcy Recoveries means any claim or recovery realized by the Debtors or which the Debtors may be entitled to assert by reason of any avoidance or other power vested in or on behalf of the Debtors or the estates of the Debtors under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Bankruptcy Recoveries means any claims and causes of action to which any Loan Party may be entitled to assert by reason of any avoidance or other power vested in or on behalf of any Loan Party or the estate of any Loan Party under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code and any and all recoveries and settlements thereof.
Bankruptcy Recoveries means property or interests in property recovered or recoverable by the bankruptcy estate of the Seller, as the case may be, pursuant to Sections 542, 543, 544, 545, 547, 548, 549, 550, 551 or 553 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Bankruptcy Recoveries means all actions, causes of action, and proceeds thereof arising or related to the assertion by Debtor, or its successor(s) of any claims under Sections 365, 544, 547, 548, 549, 550, 551, or 553(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Net Recoveries means gross Recoveries during any Calendar Quarter minus Reimbursable Expenses during such Calendar Quarter.
