Banners and Text Links definition

Banners and Text Links means the graphical artwork or text that will be directed to the Siteshome page, through your Tracker, to permit a Player to hyperlink from your web site to the Sites.
Banners and Text Links. Any means of graphics, pictures, animation, artwork or text provided by IG or a member of the IG Group to a Marketing Partner (unless otherwise agreed between the parties) which a Marketing Partner solely uses to promote the Programme and/or to hyperlink Introduced Clients from Marketing Partner’s website to any Site.
Banners and Text Links means any graphics, pictures, animation, artwork, or text that you can use to hyperlink Traders from your website to our Website.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Affiliate will immediately cease use of, and remove from Affiliate's website, all Promoted Marks, Banners and Text Links to the Site(s).

  • Any material provided by IG (unless otherwise agreed between the parties) and used by a Marketing Partner in order to promote any activity related to the IG Group or the Site(s), including Banners and Text Links and any other promotional material that a Marketing Partner subsequently uses or develops to refer or hyperlink Introduced Clients from the Marketing Partner’s website to the Site(s).

  • The Marketing Partner shall pay IG US$100 for each day such IG Group Marks, Banners and Text Links is not removed from Marketing Partner’s website by the Marketing Partner.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no marketing other than Approved Marketing shall be permissible and Banners and Text Links used by the Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement shall direct traffic only to the Operator’s Sites.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we provide no warranty and make no representations that our Website, Banners and Text Links or Tracking URLs are accessible or free of errors, viruses, or security threats.

  • After the Administrative Agent’s resignation hereunder, the provisions of this Article X and Section 11.03 shall continue in effect for the benefit of such retiring Administrative Agent, its sub-agents and their respective Affiliates in respect of any actions taken or omitted to be taken by any of them while it was acting as Administrative Agent.

Banners and Text Links means any graphics, pictures, animation, artwork or text that the Company gives the IB to hyperlink Clients to the Monaxa Website; Business Day means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday in the jurisdiction where the IB or the Company are located; CFD means a contract-for-difference, a type of Product that the Company offers to Clients from time to time under the Term of Business; Client means an individual or an entity that the IB refer to the Company under these Terms, who successfully registers for an Account; Commencement Date means the date when the IB accept these Terms online;

Banners and Text Links means any graphics, pictures, animation, artwork, or text that the Affiliate can use to hyperlink Traders from the Affiliate’s website to the website of the MULTIBANK GROUP (the “Website” as defined below).

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:
