Bareboat Charterer Share Pledge means the first priority pledge agreement in respect of the whole of the shares in the Bareboat Charterer executed or to be executed by the Shareholder in favour of the Facility Security Trustee, in the Agreed Form. Basel III means, together:
Bareboat Charterer Share Pledge means the pledge (such pledge to have first priority if required by the Bareboat Agent (on behalf of the Bareboat Lenders) by the Bareboat Charterer of all of its shares in the Borrower in favour of the Bareboat Agent (on behalf of the Bareboat Lenders) as security for its obligations under the Bareboat External Funding.
Bareboat Charterer Share Pledge means a first priority pledge granted by Deep Sea Metro I Coöperatief UA over all (current and future shares) (being 100%) in the Bareboat Charterer together with, inter alia, letters of resignation (effective upon an Event of Default) from the current board members of the Bareboat Charterer and covenants to obtain such from future board members.
