Base Amounts definition

Base Amounts means the payment(s) to be made by GM that are specified in Sections 7.D and 8.E of this Settlement Agreement.
Base Amounts means the base amounts at the time the Agreement was entered.
Base Amounts means the Base Amount in respect of more than one Payment Period. “Base Contract Price” has the meaning given in Section 12.1 [Contract Price].‌
