Base Code definition

Base Code means the PC/PLC, HMI and Vision software programs. The term Base Code includes any corrections, bug fixes, enhancements, updates or other modifications made by MSI, including custom modifications to the Base Code made by MSI.
Base Code means the Code and Documentation listed in the file named LICENSE.TXT which is located in the root directory of the CD-ROM and in the ...com/ibm/sf/doc/ relative directory that results from the installation of the San Francisco Product on YOUR computer where ... is the prefix directory determined at install time by user specification of directory preference and/or specific platform requirements, under Section C, "Reshippable Materials List," sublist 1. The contents of these lists and subdirectories may be updated by IBM from time to time.

Examples of Base Code in a sentence

  • Customer shall have thirty (30) days to notify MSI in writing of any defect or error related to the installation and configuration of the Base Code, and MSI shall re- perform installation, configuration and testing of the Base Code on the Equipment at no additional cost to Customer.

  • Upon completion of installation and configuration, MSI shall notify Customer that installation and configuration of the Base Code has been completed.

  • MSI does not warrant that the Base Code or Modified Code or Customer's use, modification or configuration of the Base Code or Modified Code shall be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • MSI warrants that for twelve (12) months after successful installation of the Base Code, the Base Code in its unmodified form shall materially perform in accordance with the Documentation.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that MSI is the owner of all rights, title and interest (including, without limitation, patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark and other proprietary rights) in and to the Base Code, its technical specifications and any corrections, bug fixes, enhancements, updates or other modifications, including custom modifications, to the Base Code made by MSI.

  • If Customer requires MSI to re-install, re-configure or provide maintenance and support services related to the Base Code as a result of modifications made to the Base Code by Customer, such services shall be performed at MSI's then current professional services rates.

  • Upon completion of the installation and configuration of the Base Code, Customer shall verify that the Base Code has been successfully installed and configured and execute the "Acceptance Form" attached to this Agreement as Appendix A.

  • This warranty shall not apply to Modified Code or to the Base Code if the Base Code has been modified or altered by any third party other than MSI.

  • If the Base Code fails to perform as warranted in this section, MSI shall use reasonable efforts to correct the Base Code so that it TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SOFTWARE LICENSE (July 1, 2017) performs as warranted at no additional charge to Customer.
