Base Disposal Fee definition

Base Disposal Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

Examples of Base Disposal Fee in a sentence

  • The Base Disposal Fee shall be uniform as to all Participating Municipalities and shall be calculated without regard to the location of any Participating Municipality’s Designated Waste Facility.

  • CRRA shall set the Base Disposal Fee such that the product of the Base Disposal Fee and the Aggregate Tons, shall produce funds estimated as sufficient to pay the estimated Net Cost of Operation for the subject Contract Year.

  • Each invoice shall set forth the actual Tons of Acceptable Solid Waste delivered by or on behalf of the Municipality and accepted by CRRA during such Billing Period, multiplied by the Base Disposal Fee.

  • The Base Disposal Fee shall be recalculated by the Authority in a commercially reasonable manner taking into account changes in the Cost of Operation, Non Disposal Fee Revenue, Net Cost of Operation, Aggregate Tons and other applicable factors as defined in the MSAs, hereinafter the Impairment Period Service Fee.

  • To the Base Disposal Fee shall be added the Service Fee for each Ton of Acceptable Solid Waste delivered hereunder.

Related to Base Disposal Fee

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
