The Base Disposal Fee shall be uniform as to all Participating Municipalities and shall be calculated without regard to the location of any Participating Municipality’s Designated Waste Facility.
CRRA shall set the Base Disposal Fee such that the product of the Base Disposal Fee and the Aggregate Tons, shall produce funds estimated as sufficient to pay the estimated Net Cost of Operation for the subject Contract Year.
