Base Equity Commitment definition

Base Equity Commitment means the obligation of each Equity Contributor to make Base Equity Contributions in accordance with this Agreement.
Base Equity Commitment means the obligation of the Investors under the Equity Funding Agreement to fund an aggregate amount equal to the difference between (x) Base Project Costs, less (y) the amount of the DOE-Guaranteed Loan.
Base Equity Commitment has the meaning given to such term in the Sponsor Support Agreement.
