Base Expense Year definition

Base Expense Year. The calendar year 2015.
Base Expense Year means the calendar year specified in the Basic Lease Information as the Base Expense Year.
Base Expense Year means the calendar year 2001.

Examples of Base Expense Year in a sentence

  • After the expiration of the Base Expense Year and each Expense Year, Landlord shall prepare and furnish Tenant with Landlord's Statement showing the Base Expenses or the Operating Expenses incurred during such Expense Year.

  • Tenant shall pay Landlord Tenant’s Share of Taxes and Expenses in excess of the amounts of Taxes and Expenses respectively for the Base Tax Year and Base Expense Year in the manner described below.

  • After the expiration of the Base Expense Year and each Expense Year, Landlord shall prepare and furnish Tenant with Landlord’s Statement showing the Base Expenses or the Operating Expenses incurred during such Expense Year.

  • Landlord’s delay or failure to render Landlord’s Statement with respect to the Base Expense Year, any Expense Year or any Tax Year beyond a date specified herein shall not prejudice Landlord’s right to render a Landlord’s Statement with respect to that or any subsequent Expense Year or subsequent Tax Year.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Lease, if in any calendar year subsequent to the Base Expense Year, the amount of Operating Expenses decreases below the amount of Operating Expenses allocable to the Base Expense Year, Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any refund or credit.

Base Expense Year. As set forth in Section 1.
