Base Rate Amount definition

Base Rate Amount is equal to the sum of:
Base Rate Amount means any Loan or Equity Amount accruing interest or Equity Yield, as the case may be, by reference to the Alternate Base Rate.
Base Rate Amount is equal to the product of (i) the Base Rate calculated for the month that had most recently ended on or before the Thursday of the preceding week, multiplied by (ii) [****], multiplied by (iii) seven divided by three hundred sixty-five (7/365). Base Rate Amount means an amount of a Loan that bears interest at the Base Rate.

  • Base Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(a)(i).
