Examples of Base Roster in a sentence

  • Changes to Aggregated Wage Rates: This sub-clause applies where the Employer modifies the Base Roster for a group of Employees who are paid an Aggregated Wage Rate; and the roster modification will result in a difference of greater than 5% between the Discounted Average Weekly Aggregate Component and the sum a non-aggregated Employee would be paid for the same period averaged over the modified Base Roster.

  • A Base Roster will provide balanced weeks where an Employee is not rostered to work more than 43 ordinary hours in any week of the roster cycle.

  • The period of the roster cycle will be at the Employer’s discretion, and will be deemed to be two weeks, unless the Employer specifies otherwise in the Base Roster.

  • Where the Employer proposes to implement a modified or new Base Roster, the Employer shall: give three weeks’ notice to Employees who would be affected by the change; advise the Union, and consult with the Union regarding amendments which may be necessary to: any Aggregated Wage Rate, under sub-clause 4.3; or annual leave loading calculations under sub-clause 6.4.7f); and Advise the employee committee representatives on the Consultative Committee.

  • Notwithstanding this provision, under sub- clause 3.3.10e) the Employer can roster an ordinary hours shift on a day shown on the Base Roster as a Protected Day Off in the circumstances nominated in that provision.

  • An Employee shall be under no obligation to work an Additional Shift on a rostered day off shown on the Base Roster as a Protected Day Off.

  • The Aggregated Wage Rate may include overtime rostered in the Base Roster where the Parties agree that it be included.

  • Where the majority of Employees to whom a Base Roster applies have notified the Employer prior to the implementation of a modification to that Base Roster that they would prefer their roster to provide for balanced weeks, then any modification to the Base Roster will provide for balanced weeks.

  • Base Roster: The Employer shall construct a Base Roster for each Employee group following consultation with the elected Employee Rostering Representative for that group.

  • Where the Employer receives later notification from the majority of Employees to whom a Base Roster applies that they do not prefer their roster to provide for balanced weeks, then any modification to the Base Roster following that notification need not provide for balanced weeks.

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern.   • OCONUS is defined as other than the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. It is anticipated that there may be task orders for work OCONUS. The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Administration, Office of Allowances, publishes quarterly report indexes of living costs abroad, per-diem rate maximums, quarter’s allowances, hardship differentials, and danger pay allowances. The Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR) is the controlling regulations for allowances and benefits available to all U.S. Government civilians assigned to foreign areas. For task orders issued under OASIS SB, Contractor civilians assigned to foreign areas may receive the allowances and benefits in the DSSR but, shall not receive allowance and benefits in excess of those identified in the DSSR. For OCONUS task orders where costs are not specifically addressed in the DSSR, the Government will reimburse the Contractor for all reasonable, allowable, and allocable costs in accordance with FAR 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Fabric refresher means a product labeled to neutralize or eliminate odors on nonlaundered fabric including, but not limited to, soft household surfaces, rugs, carpeting, draperies, bedding, automotive interiors, footwear, athletic equipment, clothing and/or on household furniture or objects upholstered or covered with fabrics such as, but not limited to, wool, cotton, or nylon. “Fabric Refresher” does not include “Anti-static Product,” “Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner,” “Footwear or Leather Care Product,” “Spot Remover,” or “Disinfectant,” or products labeled for application to both fabric and human skin.

  • Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity].
