Base Units definition

Base Units means the number of Restricted Share Units set forth in the Award Agreement (increased by any additional Restricted Share Units “purchased” pursuant to Section 4(e) hereof) by which the number of Shares that may be delivered to a Participant is measured.
Base Units means the number of Class D Units designated as Base Units on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Examples of Base Units in a sentence

  • The Project’s Units consist of up to five hundred forty four (544) Base Units and up to one hundred eight (108) Density Bonus Units, for a total of up to six hundred fifty two (652) residential units.

  • Assuming Owner constructs the maximum number of Units allowed on the Property, the Project shall have fifty-three (53) Affordable Units (i.e., 5% of the Base Units) designated for Very-Low Income Households pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Assuming Owner constructs the maximum number of Units allowed on the Property pursuant to Section 2.2 above, the Project shall have twenty eight (28) Affordable Units (i.e., 5% of the Base Units) designated for Very-Low Income Households pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The Parties expressly understand and agree that the State Density Bonus Law as of the DBA Approval Date allows up to a twenty percent (20%) increase in the number of the Base Units because Owner shall restrict five percent (5%) of the Base Units for occupancy by Very-Low Income Households.

  • The Project’s Units consist of up to 1,051 Base Units and up to 210 Density Bonus Units, for a total of up to 1,261 residential units.
