The Project’s Units consist of up to five hundred forty four (544) Base Units and up to one hundred eight (108) Density Bonus Units, for a total of up to six hundred fifty two (652) residential units.
Assuming Owner constructs the maximum number of Units allowed on the Property, the Project shall have fifty-three (53) Affordable Units (i.e., 5% of the Base Units) designated for Very-Low Income Households pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
