Examples of Baseball Arbitrator in a sentence
The Baseball Arbitrator shall grant to Landlord and Tenant a hearing and the right to submit evidence.
The Baseball Arbitrator, but not necessarily his or her employer, selected by the parties or designated by the President of the AAA shall (i) have at least ten (10) years experience in the leasing of office and laboratory / research and development space in San Diego County and (ii) not have done work for, or been employed or retained by, either Landlord or Tenant or any affiliate of either for a period of at least ten (10) years prior to his/her appointment pursuant hereto.
If Landlord and Tenant are unable to agree upon the Baseball Arbitrator, then the same shall be designated by the San Diego Chapter of the American Arbitration Association or any successor organization thereto (the “AAA”).
The Baseball Arbitrator shall afford to Landlord and Tenant a hearing and the right to submit evidence.
The Baseball Arbitrator shall determine which of the two (2) rent determinations more closely represents the fair market rental value of the Premises.
If Landlord and Tenant are unable to agree upon the Baseball Arbitrator, then the same shall be designated by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
The Baseball Arbitrator selected by the parties or designated as aforesaid shall have at least ten (10) years’ experience in the leasing of first-class office space in downtown Boston (including the Seaport and Financial District submarkets) and shall not have worked for either party in the five (5) years prior to his or her selection.
The Baseball Arbitrator selected by the parties or designated by the GBREB shall (y) have at least ten (10) years’ experience in the leasing of commercial office space in the Watertown, Massachusetts leasing market and (z) not have been employed or retained by either Landlord or Tenant or an affiliate of either for a period of at least two (2) years prior to appointment pursuant hereto.
The Baseball Arbitrator selected by the parties or designated by the AAA shall not have been employed by Landlord or Tenant during the previous five (5) year period and shall have at least ten (10) years experience in the valuing of commercial rental property in the immediate vicinity of the Demised Premises.
The Baseball Arbitrator shall determine which of the two (2) Fair Market Rental Rate determinations more closely represents the actual Fair Market Rental Rate.
