Baseline document definition

Baseline document means an inventory of the features of a property including reports, maps, photographs and other materials that provides an accurate representation of the property at the time an easement funded with a stewardship grant is exe- cuted. The baseline document is intended to serve as an objective information baseline for monitoring compliance with the terms of the easement.
