Partner Project Document definition

Partner Project Document means the document describing in detail the Work, the Parties’ responsibilities, the expected Results including the work plan, the budget and the installment schedule. The Partner Project Document is the basis for requesting, committing and disbursing funds to carry out the Work and for monitoring and reporting.

  • UN Women’s funding to the Partner shall not exceed the total amount of [fill currency and total amount] as set forth in the Partner Project Document.

  • Please note that engaging a Partner to perform Grant-Making work requires that UN Women: (a) has decided to outsource the management of grants to a Partner as outlined in the Programme Formulation Policy; (b) has selected a Partner to perform Grant-Making Work as outlined in the Procedure for Selecting Programme Partners; and (c) has incorporated a description of the Grant-Making Work into the Partner Project Document.

  • The UN Women user must ensure that a project document, which in this context is called a Partner Project Document is attached to the agreement.

  • For RPs, the Partner Project Document can be: (a) the Call for Proposal (CFP) together with the proposal, used to select and engage the Partner; or (b) if there is no CFP, the UN Women Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared by UN Women used to select and engage the Partner, and the proposal submitted in response to the TOR.

  • The UN Women user must ensure that the Partner Project Document contains all relevant information relating to the Partner Agreement for example: (1) a detailed description of the work to be provided; (2) a detailed description of the parties’ responsibilities; (3) the expected outputs and outcomes; (4) the work plan; (5) the budget; and, (6) the installment schedule setting out schedule of proposed payments to the Partner.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.

  • Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the units referred to in Section I.A.2. 3(a) and (b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
