Baseline Sales definition

Baseline Sales means, for each Sales Year, AstraZeneca's baseline Net Sales forecast set forth on Schedule B (Baseline Net Sales/Tier 2 Revenues/Termination Baseline Sales).
Baseline Sales means, on a country-by-country basis, the aggregate Net Sales of Product sold by Novartis, its Affiliates and Sublicensees in such country in the twelve (12) consecutive months immediately preceding the first arm’s length sale of any Competitive Product by a Third Party for use or consumption in such country.
Baseline Sales means, with respect to each given Calendar Year, the annual Sale Volumes realization (in tablets) of the immediately preceding Calendar Year (to be converted on prorated basis in case of a non-complete Calendar Year).

  • Rebate (Gold and Platinum only) Means the percentage of sales in excess of the Prior Year Baseline Sales that will be credited to the Partner.

More Definitions of Baseline Sales

Baseline Sales is defined in Section 11.5.
Baseline Sales means on a *** basis the net sales of the current, as of the Effective Date, ENDO twice daily product containing oxymorphone (Opana ER®) in the Territory achieved by ENDO during the *** prior to the Date of First Sale.

Seller shall further facilitate and assist Purchaser, as may be requested by Purchaser, to establish a direct relationship with the counterparty of any such Terminated Contract.
Baseline Sales means the monthly Net Demand Sales levels of the Products calculated and set by CLIENT pursuant to Schedule B as those sales levels may be revised by written agreement of the parties. 2 4. "Budget" is defined in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
