Cancellation Fee is an Individual Charge to an Attendee for a reservation cancellation or “no show” or for early and unauthorized check-out. The Contractor may not charge any Cancellation Fee to an Attendee scheduled to participate in that part of a Program terminated pursuant to the termination for cause provision set forth in Exhibit A.
Cancellation Charge has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 5.1 of Part 2; "Core Operational Period" in relation to any part of the Network, means the period of the day when that part is generally open to train movements;
Cancellation Charges means collectively (i) the Booking Amount; (ii) all interest liabilities of the Allottee accrued till date of cancellation; and (iii) brokerage paid to real estate agent/channel partner/broker, if any (iv) the stipulated charges on account of dishonour of cheque; (v) administrative charges as per Promoter’s policy and (vi) amount of stamp duty and registration charges to be paid/paid on deed of Cancellation of this Agreement
Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.
Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report. Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner. The Administration Fee includes items such as the preparation of this Lease Contract and related Documents, setting up your account ledger and other time, costs and expenses associated with the processing of this Lease Contract. The Administration Fee will be refunded to you ONLY if: i) an Exclusive Bed Space cannot be leased to you, ii) your Application is not approved by Owner, or iii) you withdraw your Application within 72 hours after signing the Application (pursuant to the terms of the Application). Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages. Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.
Modification Fee means a fee, if any, collected from a Mortgagor by the Master Servicer in connection with a modification of any Mortgage Loan (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note other than a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or collected in connection with a modification by the Special Servicer of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.
Liquidation Fee The fee designated as such in, and payable to the Special Servicer in connection with certain events in respect of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or an Administered REO Property pursuant to, Section 3.11(c).
Solar alternative compliance payment or "SACP" means a

Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).
Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.
Cancellation Costs means costs and liabilities incurred in connection with: (a) cancellation of supplier and contractor written orders and agreements entered into to design, construct and install Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, and/or (b) completion of some or all of the required Attachment Facilities, Direct Assignment Facilities and/or Customer-Funded Upgrades, or specific unfinished portions and/or removal of any or all of such facilities which have been installed, to the extent required for the Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner(s) to perform their respective obligations under Tariff, Part IV and/or Part VI.
Alternative Compliance Payment or "ACP" means a payment of a certain dollar amount per megawatt hour, which a Retail Electricity Supplier may submit in lieu of supplying the minimum percentage of RECs required under Section 3.3.5 of this Regulation.
Payment Cap For each Mortgage Loan, the percentage limit set forth in the related Mortgage Note concerning the maximum permitted increase in a monthly payment.
Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.
Advance Payment means a payment that a federal awarding agency or passthrough entity makes by any appropriate payment mechanism, including a predetermined payment schedule, before the non-federal entity disburses the funds for program purposes.
Company Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment, including payments made on subordinated debt obligations, in each case to the extent such payment is necessary to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code.
Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
Mandatory Guest Fee means any separate fee that a patron or guest is charged for in addition to the base room rate for a guest room, including but not limited to resort fees, facility fees, destination fees, amenity fees, urban destination fees, or any other similar fee. Mandatory Guest Fees do not include employee gratuities, state or local mandatory taxes, and other tax-like fees and assessments that are levied on a stay, as determined by us, that are passed through to a third party (such as tourism public improvement district fees, tourism or improvement assessments, and convention center fees).
Payment Date Advance Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a)(iii)(A) of the 20[•]-[•] Servicing Supplement.
Application for Final Payment means Contractor’s final invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted, amounts owing to adjustments to the final Contract Sum resulting from approved change orders, and release of remaining Contractor’s retainage.
Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.
Stage-Four Advanced, Metastatic Cancer means a cancer that has spread from the primary or original site of the cancer to nearby tissues, lymph nodes, or other areas or parts of the body.
