Bay Area Region definition

Bay Area Region means the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, and Sonoma.
Bay Area Region means the region described in Section 66502.
Bay Area Region means the current operations of the Company in the Petaluma, California region as of the Closing Date.

Bay Area Region means the nine-counties of the San Francisco Bay Area for which MTC acts as the regional transportation planning agency. Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including any implementing regulations and any administrative or judicial interpretations.
