Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Monthly Reporting Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each Monthly Period (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
RBC report means the report required by K.S.A. 40-2c02, and amendments thereto.
Weekly Reporting Period means any period (a) during which any Default or any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or (b) that constitutes a Minimum Availability Period; provided that if the circumstances described in clause (a) or (b), as applicable, shall occur and cease to exist twice during any calendar year, then any subsequent Weekly Reporting Period occurring during such calendar year shall continue through the end of such calendar year.
Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.
SEC Report means, with respect to any Calendar Quarter, the Corporation’s Annual Report on Form N-CSR, Semi-Annual Report on Form N-SAR, or Quarterly Report on Form N-Q, as applicable, filed by the Corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to the fiscal period ending as of the last day of such Calendar Quarter.
Quarterly reporting period means the three-month period covered by each
Monthly Reporting Period The period during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of the calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for Gold PCs and the second calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for ARM PCs, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to prepayments on PCs issued before September 1, 1995, the Monthly Reporting Period generally is from the 16th of a month through the 15th of the next month.
Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Reporting Period shall begin on the first day of each calendar quarter and end on the last day of such calendar quarter.
Statement Date means each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
Compliance Date means, in each case, the date by which compliance is required under the referenced provision of ARRA’s or HIPAA’s implementing regulations, as applicable.
Internal control over financial reporting means a process effected by an insurer’s board of directors, management and other personnel designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of the financial statements, i.e., those items specified in Section 5(B)(2) through 5(B)(7) of this regulation and includes those policies and procedures that:
Public Reports includes all reports filed by Company under the Act or the Exchange Act, including pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) thereof, for the two full fiscal years preceding the Effective Date and thereafter.
Accounting Restatement Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the date that the Board, a committee of the Board authorized to take such action, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare an Accounting Restatement, or (b) the date that a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare an Accounting Restatement.
Financial reporting year means the latest consecutive twelve-month period for which any of the following reports used to support a financial test is prepared:
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 7, 2019 and effective December 31, 2018.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
Green Tag Reporting Rights means the right of a purchaser of renewable energy to report ownership of accumulated “green tags” in compliance with and to the extent permitted by applicable Law and include, without limitation, rights under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, and any present or future federal, state or local certification program or emissions trading program, including pursuant to the WREGIS Operating Rules.
Significant Obligor NOI Quarterly Filing Deadline With respect to each calendar quarter (other than the fourth calendar quarter of any calendar year) and each Significant Obligor, the date that is fifteen (15) days after the Relevant Distribution Date occurring on or immediately following the date by which the related Mortgagor is required to deliver quarterly financial statements to the lender under the related Loan Agreement in connection with such calendar quarter (which date is set forth in Section 10.11(a) for any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust).
Reporting Material means all Material which the Grantee is required to provide to the Commonwealth for reporting purposes as specified in the Grant Details and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Reporting Material.
MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;
Reporting Requirement By January 31, 2017, the District will provide for OCR’s review and approval the Web Accessibility Policy drafted consistent with Item 1.
Accounting Date means the thirtieth day of June in each year and any interim date on which the financial statements of the Trust are drawn up. Provided that the Management Company may, with the written consent of the Trustee and after obtaining approval from the Commission and the Commissioner of Income Tax may change such date to any other date and such change shall be intimated to the Commission.
