  • A “BDC Asset Coverage Event” shall be deemed to occur and be continuing if the Asset Coverage Ratio of the BDC and its consolidated Subsidiaries (determined in accordance with GAAP and Applicable Law) on any BDC Reporting Date is less than the amount required under the 1940 Act (which as of the Closing Date is 2:1).

Related to BDC Reporting Date

  • Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
