BDS Grants Manual definition

BDS Grants Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.C.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of BDS Grants Manual in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall ensure that Subprojects are appraised, approved and monitored and that the Sub-financings are administered in accordance with the provisions and procedures set forth or referred to in this Part F and in more detail in the BDS Grants Manual, the RE Grants Manual, or the Solar PV Financing Manual, as the case may be.

  • No proposed Subproject shall be eligible for a Sub-financing unless the BDS Grants Manager, REA (or MOE until the establishment of REA), or ARB Apex Bank, as the case may be, has determined that the proposed Subproject satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth or referred to in the BDS Grants Manual, the RE Grants Manual or the Solar PV Financing Manual, as the case may be.

  • The Borrower shall enter into an agreement with the BDS Manager in form and substance satisfactory to the Association including, inter alia, the obligations of the BDS Manager to: (a) manage and provide BDS Grants under Part B.1 of the Project in accordance with procedures and eligibility criteria set forth in the PIP and the BDS Grants Manual; and (b) provide BDS Grants only to an MSME Consortium.

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement. Provider Manuals are published on web-DENIS.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Stock Award grant. Each Stock Award Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Notification of Award/Letter of Award means the formal award by the Employer of the Bid incorporating any adjustments or variation to the Bid agreed between the Employer and the Contractor.

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Director Award means the grant of any Award (other than an Incentive Stock Option), whether granted singly, in combination, or in tandem, to a Participant who is a Director pursuant to such applicable terms, conditions, and limitations established by the Board.

  • Direct Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Award Criteria) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Restricted Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • RSU Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a RSU Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a RSU Award grant. The RSU Award Agreement includes the Grant Notice for the RSU Award and the agreement containing the written summary of the general terms and conditions applicable to the RSU Award and which is provided to a Participant along with the Grant Notice. Each RSU Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Other Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Award grant. Each Other Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Grant program means the primary care and psychiatry shortage grant program under this section.

  • Further Competition Award Criteria means the award criteria set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria);

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Nonemployee Director Award means any Award granted to a Nonemployee Director.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Award Criteria means the Standard Services Award Criteria and/or the Competed Services Award Criteria as the context requires

  • System for Award Management (XXX) means the Federal repository into which an Entity must enter the information required under the Transparency Act, which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.
