Bearer Covered Bond definition

Bearer Covered Bond means a Covered Bond issued in bearer form.
Bearer Covered Bond means a Covered Bond issued in bearer form by the Issuer; ''Benchmark Event'' has the meaning ascribed thereto in Condition 5(B)(ii)(d) (Replacement Reference Rate Determination for Discontinued Reference Rate);

  • The Holder of any Bearer Covered Bond, Coupon or Registered Covered Bond will for all purposes of the Trust Deed, Security Agreement and Agency Agreement (except as otherwise required by applicable law or regulatory requirement) be treated as its absolute owner whether or not it is overdue and regardless of any notice of ownership, trust or any interest thereof or therein, any writing thereon, or any theft or loss thereof and no person shall be liable for so treating such Holder.
