Beaumont Facility definition

Beaumont Facility means the real and personal property more particularly described as the “Property” and the 74.091 acre tract identified as Tract No. 1 in that certain Special Warranty Deed dated effective August 3, 2007, from Trinity Industries, Inc., as Grantor thereunder to 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx., as Grantee thereunder, recorded as Instrument Number 2007030857 in the Official Public Records of Jefferson County, Texas.

Beaumont Facility means the real and personal property more particularly described as the “Property” and the 74.091 acre tract identified as Tract No. 1 in that certain Special Warranty Deed dated effective August 3, 2007, from Trinity Industries, Inc., as Grantor thereunder to 850 Pine Street, Inc., as Grantee thereunder, recorded as Instrument Number 2007030857 in the Official Public Records of Jefferson County, Texas.

Beaumont Facility means the facility located at 1400 Olin Road, Beaumont, TX 77705, and currently owned and operated by Chemtrade Refinery Services.

• Terra shall be responsible, at its own cost and expense, for the safe and lawful removal and disposal of any and all Methanol, located at the Beaumont Facility including, without limitation, in the Facility Pipelines, the tank lines and the Beaumont Storage Tanks, that is or becomes contaminated.

• Following receipt of a Methanex Suspension Notice, Terra shall use commercially reasonable efforts to suspend methanol supply from the Beaumont Facility to Methanex on the date requested in the Methanex Suspension Notice.

• For greater certainty, in the event the Beaumont Facility is not Operational, Terra shall continue to provide the Services to Methanex in accordance with Schedule B.

Beaumont Facility means the methanol manufacturing facility, located in Jefferson County, Texas, including, without limitation, all real property, buildings and fixtures and all other tangible property used in the operation of the Beaumont Facility or otherwise located or on the Beaumont Facility, including without limitation, the Beaumont Storage Tanks and the Beaumont Slip.

Beaumont Facility means the Company’s leased Real Estate and facility located on three acres at Oxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx 00, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000. Bond Obligations shall mean all of the Indebtedness and other obligations of the Company owing to the Carbon County Industrial Development Authority or any other person pursuant to the Bond Documents.

Beaumont Facility means the methanol facility owned by BMC, located in Jefferson County, Texas, including, without limitation, the Beaumont Storage Tanks, the pipelines connecting the Beaumont Storage Tanks to the existing wharf facility located adjacent to the Beaumont Facility, and owned and operated by E.X. XxXxxx De Nemours and Company, the pipelines connection the Beaumont Storage Tanks to the Customer pipelines, and any and all relevant pipelines located at the Beaumont Facility use for the movement of methanol;

Beaumont Facility means the real property and improvements owned by the Borrower having an address of 4775 Martin Luther King Parkway, Beaumont, Texas.

Beaumont Facility means the Horsehead Holding’s former zinc recycling facility located in Beaumont, Texas.

Beaumont Facility means the Issuer’s former zinc recycling facility located in Beaumont, Texas.

Beaumont Facility means the real property and improvements owned by the Borrower having an address of 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Parkway, Beaumont, Texas.
