Bond Documents definition

Bond Documents means the Financing Documents and all other agreements, certificates, documents and instruments delivered in connection with any of the Financing Documents.

  • The Department and the Board shall have no obligation to subordinate the Ground Lease, the Bonds or the Bond Documents to accommodate the new owner or lender(s).

Bond Documents means, with respect to any Bonds, any trust indenture or similar document pursuant to which such Bonds are issued and any loan agreement, promissory note or similar document that provides security or a source of funding for the debt service on such Bonds.
Bond Documents means, collectively, the Sale Agreement, the Note, the Remarketing Agreement, the Tender Agency Agreement, the Indenture, the Security Instruments and the Bonds, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with their respective terms.

Bond Documents means, with respect to any Bond, the trust indenture, ordinance, resolution and any other agreements or instruments pursuant to which such Bond has been issued or secured (including any loan agreement, note, mortgage, deed of trust or any rate cap or interest rate protection agreement delivered to the applicable Bond Trustee) or governing the operation of the Project financed by such Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
