Begin Commercial Operation definition

Begin Commercial Operation or “Beginning of Commercial Operation” means the time when the Project begins generating and delivering electricity to the electric power grid, other than electricity that may be delivered as a part of testing and startup of the Project.
Begin Commercial Operation means to have begun to generate electricity for sale, excluding the sale of test generation.
