The Benchmarking Process agreed to at the kick-off meeting shall specify the data to be gathered, identify the personnel roles and responsibilities, and review the rules of engagement and actions to be undertaken upon receipt of the Benchmark Results as described herein.
The report of the Benchmarker including the Benchmark Results shall be treated as Confidential Information of each Party.
