Benchmark Results definition

Benchmark Results means the final results of the Benchmarking Process delivered by the Benchmarker in a written report to each of the Parties, including any supporting documentation requested by Customer or Supplier to analyze the results of the Benchmarking Process.
Benchmark Results has the meaning given in Section 13.10(d) (Results of Required Benchmarking).
Benchmark Results means the Benchmarker's written report of the results of the Benchmark Process, including any appropriate supporting documentation.

Examples of Benchmark Results in a sentence

  • Any disputes between the Parties concerning the selection of the Benchmarker, the Benchmark Process, the Benchmark Results, or any other aspects of benchmarking may be escalated to the Executive Steering Committee for final and binding resolution.

  • Each Party may dispute the Benchmark Results in good faith in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 29.04.

  • This Agreement represents the entire agreement between USER and BAPCo concerning the Software and all Benchmark Results.

  • Promptly following the completion of the comparisons, the Benchmarker will prepare a preliminary report of the Benchmark Results for review by ALU and Service Provider.

  • If there are issues raised in response to the MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT SCHEDULE I – DRAFT TRANSITION PROJECT PLAN Benchmark Results, the Benchmarker shall review the issues raised and any other materials submitted by either Party, make the necessary corrections in accordance with Sections 6, 7 and 8 of this Schedule, and thereafter submit a final set of Benchmark Results, including any revisions to the original Benchmark Results.

  • The Benchmarking Process agreed to at the kick-off meeting shall specify the data to be gathered, identify the personnel roles and responsibilities, and review the rules of engagement and actions to be undertaken upon receipt of the Benchmark Results as described herein.

  • The report of the Benchmarker including the Benchmark Results shall be treated as Confidential Information of each Party.

Benchmark Results has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(e).
