Benefit Area definition

Benefit Area means the areas within the municipality to which an exemption applies pursuant to Local Laws previously adopted by such municipality specifically identified in Appendix “A”.
Benefit Area means the area comprising all lands benefited by the improvements, or any portion thereof, acquired or constructed pursuant to this Ordinance with respect to which a reimbursement agreement has been entered into.
Benefit Area means the geographic area within which development fees are collected and expended for a particular type of capital improvement serving development projects within such area. Also identified as “Study Area”.
