Benefit Plan Laws definition

Benefit Plan Laws means all laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, or binding orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, notices or agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any Governmental Authority, relating to Plans, Multiemployer Plans and Non-U.S. Plans, including without limitation, ERISA and any other comparable law, rule or regulation relating to Non-U.S. Plans.
Benefit Plan Laws means all laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, or binding orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, notices or agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any Governmental Authority, relating to Plans, Multiemployer Plans, Non-U.S. Plans and Irish Pension Schemes, including without limitation, ERISA and any other comparable law, rule or regulation relating to Non-U.S. Plans and Irish Pension Schemes.
Benefit Plan Laws shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.18(e) of this Agreement.
