  • The Parties also agree that NDPERS’ Program choices will be memorialized in NDPERS’ Benefit Specification Form and/or Benefit Change Forms.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any relevant plans or drawings, as specified in an applicable Work Order;
