Benefits Extension Period definition

Benefits Extension Period means any additional period of time allocated to a terminated Participant, as the case may be, during which certain benefits of employment are contractually maintained.
Benefits Extension Period means any additional period of time allocated to a terminated Participant, as the case may be, during which certain benefits of employment or otherwise are contractually maintained (which, for the avoidance of doubt, may not exceed twelve (12) months from the date on which such Participant ceases to be eligible under this Plan in accordance with Section 8.c).
Benefits Extension Period means any additional period of time allocated to a terminated Participant, as the case may be, during which certain benefits of employment are contractually maintained, provided that such period shall not exceed one year from the date of the Participant's termination.

Examples of Benefits Extension Period in a sentence

  • At the conclusion of the Benefits Extension Period, should Employee wish to continue Employee's health benefits coverage through Company's group insurance plans beyond Employee's separation, Employee will be responsible for paying the premium in full each month.

  • Employee also understands that during the Benefits Extension Period, stock options from previous grants will continue to vest.

  • If Employee or Employee's dependents become eligible to receive health care coverage under another employer's health benefit plans during the applicable Benefits Extension Period, Employee will report such eligibility to Company and the Company's obligations under this section shall cease.

Related to Benefits Extension Period

  • Second Extension Period means the period of one (1) Contract Year commencing immediately after the end of the First Extension Period.

  • First Extension Period means the period of one (1) Contract Year commencing immediately after the conclusion of the Initial Exploration Period.

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Accrual Termination Date Not applicable.

  • Optional Termination Date Any Distribution Date on or after which the Stated Principal Balance (after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) of the Mortgage Loans is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means July 9, 2021 or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.02.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • Term Loan Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the Term Loan Maturity Date and (b) the acceleration of the Term Loans in accordance with the terms hereof.
