Benefits Fund definition

Benefits Fund means that portion of the Trust Corpus that is not in the Legal Defense Fund.
Benefits Fund means the fund established by QIA pursuant to Article 5. For the purposes of QIA financial statements the Benefits Fund will be reported within the Legacy Fund.
Benefits Fund means the Superannuation Benefits Fund established under section 15s of this Act.
