Benefits Program definition

Benefits Program means the employee welfare benefits plans, programs, policies, practices or arrangements of Purchaser or an Affiliate offered for U.S. Transitioned Employees in accordance with Section 6.6(a)(ii) of this Agreement.
Benefits Program means programs such as group health, dental, life and disability, profit sharing, pension and similar programs (but excluding bonus plans) made generally available to the senior executives of the Company.
Benefits Program means the City’s LAwell civilian benefits program.

More Definitions of Benefits Program

Benefits Program means a Private Health Services Plan in the form of a Extended Health and Dental Program or other such similar program or programs developed and instituted for the benefit of the Subscribing Members of the Society and their Employees.
Benefits Program means the Employers’ Dynamics benefits program or similar benefits offering by the Employers whereby employees may choose levels of benefit;

Related to Benefits Program

  • Compensation and Benefits Programs means all compensation and benefit plans, policies, and programs of the Debtors, and all amendments and modifications thereto, applicable to the Debtors’ employees, former employees, retirees, and non-employee directors and the employees, former employees and retirees of their subsidiaries, including all savings plans, retirement plans, health care plans, disability plans, and incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, and life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance plans.

  • Health benefits plan means a benefits plan which pays or

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Retirement program means a program of rights and obligations which a county, city, village, or township establishes, maintains, or participates in and which, by its express terms or as a result of surrounding circumstances, does 1 or more of the following:

The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.

  • Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.

The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Pharmacy benefits management means the administration or management of prescription drug

  • Pay Plan means the scale of wages as contained in the attached Appendix “A” and the rules governing its application, as per Article 12.
